Rise & Renew is a research-based wellness intervention designed by Haley Research & Evaluation to support Black women navigating the loss of a close loved one. Grounded in culturally responsive practices and trauma-informed care, the program combines wellness retreats, peer support groups, and reflective rituals to promote healing, resilience, and post-loss growth. Rise & Renew is currently being evaluated through a mixed-methods study to contribute new models for grief care that center cultural relevance, sisterhood, and emotional restoration.
